Our Commitment

Overtone Art LLC does not sell your personal information to third parties. This page is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

What This Means

We share your personal information only with service providers who help us operate our business — such as payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, BTCPay) and fulfillment partners who produce and ship your orders. These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us. This type of sharing does not constitute a “sale” under California law.

Your Rights Under CCPA

As a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and share
• Delete your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell your data, so there is nothing to opt out of)
• Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights

How to Exercise Your Rights

You can submit a request by emailing us at hello@overtone.art. Please include “CCPA Request” in the subject line. You may request:

• A copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Deletion of your personal information and account
• Removal from any marketing or promotional communications

We will verify your identity and respond to your request within 45 days, as required by law.

Analytics & Tracking

We use self-hosted Umami analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individuals. We do not use third-party advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking. For more details on our data practices, please see our Privacy Policy.
